The detection and satisfaction of the needs of the clients are the foundations on which our company is built: our efforts to offer the best service and the best quality in the materials are part of our customer oriented policy.
Always continuing with our objective of satisfying our clients we are currently continuing to tackle new challenges. The implementation of our quality assurance systems according to the standard ISO9000: 2000 was an objective reached on October 2003.
There are other international organizations of recognized prestige such as BSI (British), IQNET, DOS (German), which endorse what for us is the golden rule: offering the clients the product that they need.
In order to achieve this, our professionals always keep an eye on all the legislative changes which affect our sector: this is what we did when the European directive on lifts 95/16/CE came into effect and with it the whole process of adaptation which had to be implemented on a European level in order to comply with it.
For this new challenge we considered the adaptation of our quality assurance system to comply with this directive, becoming the first company in Spain to be certified in accordance with MODULOH for designing, manufacturing and commissioning lifts.
Always continuing with our objective of satisfying our clients we are currently continuing to tackle new challenges, among which is the implementation of our quality assurance systems according to the standard ISO9000: 2000, an objective which only awaits certification.
As a commitment to the future and as a sign of our respect for society and the environment, we are implementing and integrating into our quality assurance system an environmental management system based on the international standard ISO14001.
Quality, Safety and the Environment
In 2006, we set out to implement the European Foundation Quality Management Model (EFQM) in our organisation and, in April 2007, we achieved the Bronze level, thus becoming the first company in the sector to receive such recognition. Committed to this improvement scheme, we are now working towards the Silver level recognition, which we will apply for in 2008.
Engaged in the continuous improvement of quality management, we have embarked on a process to develop and apply an integrated quality assurance system based on:
-
ZISO 9001:2000 Quality Assurance System. Certified since 1997.
-
OHSAS 18001:1999 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Certification audit completed in October 2007.
-
ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System. To be certified during the first half of 2008.
-
UNE 166002:2006 R&D and Innovation Management System. To be certified during the second half of 2008.
